Magic, music and a marquee: all in a day’s work for Harvest’s annual Easter Egg Hunt
Hopping in and around the jumping castle, sound stage and activity marquee, the Easter Bunny was just one of many special guests at Harvest’s second annual Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday 9 April.
The Harvest Easter event was the venue for Harvest Rock Ensemble’s and Drum Corp’s first 2017 performance. The band featuring students from Thornton Public School was applauded by more than 180 guests as they drummed away on recycled buckets.
All 1,000 chocolate eggs were accounted for at the conclusion on the annual Easter Egg Hunt, delighting the Easter Bunny who was very happy to pose for photos with excited kids (and some equally excited adults).
Kids and adults were entertained by a jumping castle, craft activities, fire engine tours, balloon sculptures, magic tricks, guessing competitions and a raffle courtesy of Thornton Public School and Avid Property Group.
Now in its third year of partnership, Avid Harvest is a proud sponsor of the Thornton Public School’s Harvest Rock Ensemble.
