Celebrating diversity through food, music, dance and interactive experiences, Riverlights transforms Central Maitland into a global village. Visitors can see, taste, feel and experience the different cultures being demonstrated.

It will include a range of exciting activities such as live music, dancing, language classes, lantern making and cooking demonstrations.

Riverlights really shines at night, with spectacular fire shows, a festival lantern parade and the iconic paper lantern flotilla, where hundreds of paper lanterns are floated down the Hunter River, a truly memorable spectacle.

Riverlights is a family friendly, alcohol free, community event, held in The Levee, Central Maitland. The event will take place on Saturday 10 October 2015 from 4.00pm to 9.00pm
