New Vintage Hill land release to launch second stage of Harvest at Chisholm

A striking Sales and Information Centre has opened at Harvest, to mark the launch of Vintage Hill, the second stage of the sought-after new residential community at Chisholm.

The Centre was opened by Member for Maitland, The Hon. Ms Jenny Aitchison MP at a gathering of Harvest’s project team, builder partners and local dignitaries this morning.

Vintage Hill will occupy a prime position in the most elevated area of Harvest. This initial release comprises nineteen lots, ranging from 502m² to 1158m², many offering spectacular views across Four Mile Creek towards the Watagan Mountains

For a limited time, lots in Vintage Hill will be available for purchase with a $5,000 deposit and delayed settlement. Avid Property Group, developer of Harvest, is also offering a bonus up to $7000 on selected lots when the design, construction and landscaping of the home are consistent with the vision for Harvest.

Harvest will be among the region’s first NBN communities. NBN partner, Telstra has provided the Sales and Information Centre with the latest interactive technology, including IPads with access to iDesign, an online research tool for purchasers considering a house and land package.

Initial construction has commenced on the Harvest Builder Display Village which will showcase 16 of the latest home designs from 10 of Australia’s leading builders.
