A striking Sales and Information Centre has opened at Harvest, to mark the launch of Vintage Hill, the second stage of the sought-after new residential community at Chisholm.
The Centre was opened by Member for Maitland, The Hon. Ms Jenny Aitchison MP at a gathering of Harvest’s project team, builder partners and local dignitaries this morning.
Vintage Hill will occupy a prime position in the most elevated area of Harvest. This initial release comprises nineteen lots, ranging from 502m² to 1158m², many offering spectacular views across Four Mile Creek towards the Watagan Mountains
For a limited time, lots in Vintage Hill will be available for purchase with a $5,000 deposit and delayed settlement. Avid Property Group, developer of Harvest, is also offering a bonus up to $7000 on selected lots when the design, construction and landscaping of the home are consistent with the vision for Harvest.
“The popularity of Harvest’s initial stage confirmed that the unique community we are creating through sensitive master planning and quality landscaping resonates with Lower Hunter new home buyers,” said Mr Nathan Huon, Project Director NSW, Avid Property Group.
“With our requirement of a low $5000 deposit and a delayed settlement, we’re helping to stretch homebuyers’ budget and provide them with extra time to save, which will be of particular benefit to first home buyers,” Mr Huon said.
Harvest’s new custom-built Sales and Information Centre exemplifies Avid Property Group‘s contemporary approach to residential development. The building reflects Harvest’s key attributes, a family friendly community, outdoor lifestyle and respect for the local environment.
“The Sales and Information Centre further demonstrates that we’re doing things differently. By creating a hub where purchasers can come together to share stories of their building experience, we’re sowing the seeds from which a strong sense of community will grow,” said Mr Huon.
The Centre features 16 ft ceilings, a living green interior wall, spacious deck with barbeque area, cubby house and a herb garden. While houses are under construction it will host ‘Meet Your Neighbours’ events, and information sessions for those considering purchasing land at Harvest.
Harvest will be among the region’s first NBN communities. NBN partner, Telstra has provided the Sales and Information Centre with the latest interactive technology, including IPads with access to iDesign, an online research tool for purchasers considering a house and land package.
Initial construction has commenced on the Harvest Builder Display Village which will showcase 16 of the latest home designs from 10 of Australia’s leading builders.
Avid Property Group has partnered with Clarendon Homes, Eden Brae Homes, Connect Homes, Vision Homes, Bartlett Homes, Hudson Homes, Simonds Homes, McDonald Jones Homes, Mojo Homes and Perry Homes at Harvest. Each builder offers designs well-suited to the Harvest site, as well as house and land packages, for buyers who prefer the convenience of this option.
